In addition, during the entire afternoon and evening which culminated in my purchase, I was aware of the pleasant, friendly, and cheerful employees all around the dealership. This, to me, speaks highly of a positive workplace which must reflect a good management team. Employees are not happy in a negative setting and this leads me to believe there is good and honest management in place at this dealership. I live in Hilton Head Island and I was NOT pleased with the local Chevrolet dealership. I drove 100 miles to Charleston to purchase this car after speaking on the telephone with both Dale and Tony several days prior to the day of my purchase. I was impressed by their high level of service on the phone and it continued the day I met both of them in person which ended in my purchase.”

    “When looking for a very specific used car to purchase, I intentionally looked to see if a Rick Hendrick dealership had one in stock because of the level of customer service I received while buying my brand new Hyundai from the dealership in Rivers Ave. I saw that a Rick Hendrick dealership in Georgia had the exact car that I was looking for, down to color and interior. I did look at a couple of cars at some dealerships within 10 miles of me but decided I didn’t want to buy a car from any other dealer if it wasn’t Rick Hendrick. I took a chance and stopped by this dealership here in Charleston, SC to see if they could help me out. I walked out of there after purchasing the car I found on a Georgia lot. They made it happen for me and had the car delivered to SC. When I had an issue about 31 days after purchase, I feared I had been duped. It took a little time but Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Charleston really came through for me and stood by their customer care guarantee when they didn’t have to. The warranty wouldn’t have covered the issue and I reported it after their 30 day guarantee but they took care of me anyways and saved me thousands. Their level of customer care is unmatched and I will always buy my cars from a Rick Hendrick dealership. Dale is a fantastic salesman to work with and Sid in the service center is very kind and helpful. I appreciate all their hard work and care, and I will most definitely recommend everyone to them.”

I drove 100 miles to Charleston to purchase this car after speaking on the telephone with both Dale and Tony several days prior to the day of my purchase.
