In addition, during the entire afternoon and evening which culminated in my purchase, I was aware of the pleasant, friendly, and cheerful employees all around the dealership. This, to me, speaks highly of a positive workplace which must reflect a good management team. Employees are not happy in a negative setting and this leads me to believe there is good and honest management in place at this dealership. I live in Hilton Head Island and I was NOT pleased with the local Chevrolet dealership. I drove 100 miles to Charleston to purchase this car after speaking on the telephone with both Dale and Tony several days prior to the day of my purchase. I was impressed by their high level of service on the phone and it continued the day I met both of them in person which ended in my purchase.”

    “I’ve had nothing but a great experience from the time I called to see if the exact car I wanted until the time I left. Frank was more than helpful. I asked for the 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier and Frank led me right to it. Once we went outside, he open all the doors and the trunk so that I can see everything. During the look of the outside of the suv, Frank explained everything and once we were in the car test driving the suv, he explained the features in the car way more. I thought I read everything online but apparently I didnt read everything. I can say one thing, Frank knows about his cars because he explained the features to me on the whole car. Frank has great conversation, worked with me on purchasing the vehicle, and is very professional. Next, I spoke with Nick and he was helpful as well. Got me through the signing of a lot of papers fast and helped me with deciding the right extended warranty for my package. Nick also has great conversation and is professional. Both Frank and Nick are great at their job and knows their stuff. I appreciate all of the hospitality, professionalism, conversation, etc being that I drove 2hrs and 30mins to come get what I wanted. I honestly didn’t plan to buy a car the day I went in, but the salesman I worked with, Zach Sidman, did such a good job of making me feel valued, welcomed, and answered all my questions without being pushy or trying to sell me something I didn’t want that I left with a 2021 Camaro 1SS 1LE. He was very knowledgeable, and did a great job of giving me the info I needed regarding pricing without wasting my time, which is one of the main reasons I decided to make the purchase on the spot. The finance manager, Deepak, was personable, knowledgeable, and spoke very highly of his company and the rest of the staff while we chatted. I felt as though I was in good hands the entire time I was in that dealership, and their transparency and honesty put my mind at ease. He got me a better rate than my credit union, and the process was insanely quick and painless.
