“What can I say about this dealership??? Dale came thru in a way we never expected. “When looking for a very specific used car to purchase, I intentionally looked to see if a Rick Hendrick dealership had one in stock because of the level of customer service I received while buying my brand new Hyundai from the dealership in Rivers Ave. I saw that a Rick Hendrick dealership in Georgia had the exact car that I was looking for, down to color and interior. I did look at a couple of cars at some dealerships within 10 miles of me but decided I didn’t want to buy a car from any other dealer if it wasn’t Rick Hendrick. I took a chance and stopped by this dealership here in Charleston, SC to see if they could help me out. I walked out of there after purchasing the car I found on a Georgia lot. They made it happen for me and had the car delivered to SC. When I had an issue about 31 days after purchase, I feared I had been duped. It took a little time but Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Charleston really came through for me and stood by their customer care guarantee when they didn’t have to. The warranty wouldn’t have covered the issue and I reported it after their 30 day guarantee but they took care of me anyways and saved me thousands. Their level of customer care is unmatched and I will always buy my cars from a Rick Hendrick dealership. Dale Rowland and Tony Holmes did EVERYTHING to help me with my purchase of my 2020 Equinox including guiding me to the GM Family First connection to obtain my Family Legacy discount. Although entitled to this program, I’m not sure I would have been successful in my application without getting the appropriate phone number to Family First from Tony. Then…when we began the “numbers process” in obtaining my purchase price, Dale Rowland and Tony Holmes accommodated me with a printout in the manner in which I requested to fully understand my purchase price.
