How to Book Chevy Maintenance
- If you’re an existing customer who has worked with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet before, you can enter your phone number or email that’s already on file with us to get started. If you’re a new customer, click the “Make, Year, Model” button under “I’m a new customer” to get started.
- New customers will need to fill us in on the details of their vehicle’s specifications, Chevrolet or otherwise.
- Choose the Chevy maintenance you need from the list of pre-selections, or describe what you need in the space provided.
- Let us know if you need a shuttle ride back to Mount Pleasant, or if you will have your own ride or plan to wait at the dealership.
- Click through the available dates and times until you find what works for you, then click “Review.”
- You will need to provide your contact details, then click the blue button to schedule Chevy service on your chosen date.
