    “I’ve had nothing but a great experience from the time I called to see if the exact car I wanted until the time I left. Frank was more than helpful. I asked for the 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier and Frank led me right to it. Once we went outside, he open all the doors and the trunk so that I can see everything. During the look of the outside of the suv, Frank explained everything and once we were in the car test driving the suv, he explained the features in the car way more. I thought I read everything online but apparently I didnt read everything. I can say one thing, Frank knows about his cars because he explained the features to me on the whole car. I’m a patient person in regards to doing my due diligence, but VERY impatient when not getting black & white answers once I start asking questions. I’m also picky on communication… I don’t want to be constantly pinged, but I do like when someone checks in on me, and absolutely love when I ask a question by text, phone, email, any other means, that I get a quick response. I didn’t “show” nor disclose my impatient-nature to Brad (because I would’ve ghosted the hell out of him) — he just “gets it” RE: balance of communications (not pushy at all — but not afraid to check in).     “I’m writing in reference to Sarah Walters, service mgr. On Tuesday 11/23/21 I was at Rick Hendricks on savannah highway to have one of my tires fix. Sarah saw a nail in one of my other tires. I was leaving to go out of town for thanksgiving on 11/24/21 and I didn’t want to go with the nail in my tire. Sarah offered to check with their service department to see if they had the size tire that I needed and they didn’t. Sarah call around to every dealership that she knew and she found one that had the size tire I needed. It was crews Chevrolet, she got the service guy name and the number and his ext, gave it to me and told me that she spoke with him and told him I was going out of town for thanksgiving and I need a new tire. Sarah call me Wednesday morning 11/24 and told me that mike said for me to bring the car in and he would fixed it for me. ( I had to buy a new tire. If it had not been for Sarah going the extra mile for me, Willa Griffin), I would have not been able to travel to my children for Thanksgiving. This is what I called a caring, concerned and compassionate leader. Because of Sarah I am able to spend thanksgiving with my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I will always remember this Thanksgiving, because of what Sarah did for me. She made it happen. There is not a lot of Sarah Walters out there. I thank the Lord for this one.     “I have not been to a dealership for maintenance for over 25 years. Because I feel the dealerships overcharge and under preform. So I was very guarded when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Your service advisor, Sean Lalloway meet me in the breezeway and introduced himself. After a a talk at his service desk, he told us there was coffee in the waiting room. He did advise us, it would be about 90 minutes. A little long for a oil change but manageable. About 90 minutes later Sean comes into the waiting area and says that the front tires are bald and that when I bought the car it had 8/10 of rubber on them. He also said it needed a front end alignment. My guarded condition went to high gear, I thought my free oil change was going to cost 700 dollars or more. When I ask him how much, he said we’ll take care of it because we just bought the truck, I was stunned. The only catch was I spent four hours in the waiting room. I comment Sean and Rick Hendrick Chevy for sticking by their product and not trying to cash in a quick profit.”
